Terms of Service
Last updated: April 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InvoicePeak ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Use of Service
You may use InvoicePeak only for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. You are responsible for all invoices, content, and activity that occur under your account. You must not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts; (b) use the service to send spam, harass others, or infringe intellectual property; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service's operation; (d) use the service to issue fraudulent invoices or evade taxes.
3. Account
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any actions taken under your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that show signs of compromise. Accounts are personal to a single individual or legal entity; sharing credentials between people is not permitted.
4. Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on your selection, in US dollars via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We offer a 14-day refund window from your first paid charge — request a refund by emailing support and we'll process it without asking why. After the 14-day window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions keep their current price until the next renewal.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date you subscribe, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Effects of withdrawal: we will refund all payments received from you under this contract within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same means of payment you used. By starting to use a paid feature within the 14-day period, you expressly request that we begin performance during that period; if you then withdraw, you may owe a pro-rata amount for the service used up to the moment of withdrawal.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all invoices, client information, and other content you submit to the service. By using the service you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service to you (e.g., generating PDFs, sending emails on your behalf). We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full description of how we handle your information.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access through the end of that period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk; in most cases we'll attempt to notify you first and give an opportunity to cure. After termination, your data is retained for a 30-day grace period (see Privacy Policy) and then permanently deleted.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
